The snowboard community needs to take a page out of Jess Kimura's story when it comes to how she's constructed a space for woman to progress in snowboarding with the Uninvited film series. Undoubtedly, the lesson learned here is that if you give an opportunity to someone who's ready to take on the challenge, they will not only take that challenge, but make it their own.
