Our latest collaboration with the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission—weaving through Manhattan rush hour has never looked so good. Here's to the week before Thanksgiving, let's get into it.

Torment Weather Report: Thanksgiving week is looking very stormy in Colorado, with a severe weather storm warning being issued across the Rocky Mountains. Snow started rolling in early Tuesday morning, and will intensify throughout Wednesday and into Thursday morning. Expect some sketchy travel disruptions if you live (or plan to travel) along I-70.

According to Tuesday morning forecasts, total expected snowfalls include:
- Up to 40 inches in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains, especially along Monarch Pass and Berthoud Pass
- Up to 26 inches along Vail Pass
- Up to 24 inches in Winter Park
- Up to 21 inches in Keystone
- Up to 20 inches in Eldora
- Up to 16 inches in Breckenridge

No natural snow expected in the Midwest this week, but that doesn't mean it isn't accumulating. Hyland Hills has been blowing pretty consistency for the past few weeks, and those green rails will be taking over this live cam in no time.

Can't bring up those green rails without reminiscing on the good ole days with Make Friends or Die. Leaving a Fire Hyland Edit to get the anticipation flowing.

"They really need new cameras .. lol oh boy ... like whats that whitw thing on my eye hahahahahaahahahahahahah anyhow lets go" If Nate Bozung's epic pass doesn't motivate you to get out there, we don't know what will.

This got us thinking about some of the more iconic pass photos to grace the internet. Gave it all of a 5 second Google search and landed on this.

Last month, POWDR Corp. announced that it's selling one of Oregon's most beloved mountains. JP Morgan Chase is leading the charge with the whole process, and amidst the corporate competition lies two devoted locals and a community that has their back.

Bend locals, Chris Porter and Dan Cochrane, want to everyone pool their money together and buy the resort. Following Killington's sale to local investors, we back the idea of local ownership—read and support the movement here.

Balenciaga drops it's fourth snowboard just in time for Black Friday. No deal on it, just a quick $5,690 transaction on your credit card. It's up to you (or your mom's CC), but we reccomend scouring Craigslist for something more realistic first.

Kennedi Deck's pro model board just dropped at the same time, and is undoubtedly more affordable (and sicker) than the aforementioned one. They "worked off of the tried-and-true K2 Spellcaster shape, and put together a custom graphic with the help of Canadian snowboarder and artist Dan Bubalo. [The] graphic will be available at your local snowboard shop in limited quantities. Only 100 produced."

Just to start your holiday season on a very unattainable note. New Year's in Whistler this year?

On a more attainable note, find inspiration from Tim and Hannah Eddy's 196 square feet, DIY cabin in the woods of Tahoe. After that, find even more inspiration from Tim Eddy's Pursuit of Righteousness.

A BTS flick from one of the many heavy spots in PICKPOCKET. Colton Carroll gapped this roof to a pretty insane lipslide, and the actual shot doesn't even do the risk-factor any justice. Way more WTF moments from Alex Havey's latest project with the Carroll brothers, Bobby Sttit, and Sam Anderson on the site now.

Ryan Arrington and a slew of other Colorado locals just filmed a tribute to Ben Lynch, Jon Hill, and the community that surrounds them. "The purpose of this film is to shed light on the growing pains of mountain life. We hope to shift perspectives and inspire more to bring back the culture. Till then all we can do is keep our pecker’s up.”
