What's the best thing you've seen written on a bathroom wall? Almost too many options to choose from after this weekend, so let's get into it.
Torment Weather Report: The Bone Zone At Brighton finally opened the other week. The snow that allowed the iconic hike park to open hasn't stopped yet, and with that comes two lifts (Majestic and Explorer) that are set to open at the resort on Thursday. In the meantime, enjoy free hiking from 10am-3pm, but don't forget to bring a shovel.

"During the summer of 2017 I had the opportunity to join the Vans Snowboarding team for a couple days at Mt. Hood and do social media coverage of the last film trip for LANDLINE. It was a trip to ride, film, and celebrate what was becoming the brand’s first-ever full-length snowboard film. Some of what Harry Hagan and Jake Price documented during this trip was used in the credits section of LANDLINE. and hopefully the footage in this video gives a bit of a behind the scenes look to what went into making the film."
Can't pass up extra footage from LANDLINE., so here's Holden Barth's iPhone footage from the last film trip for that project.
If you happened to be in Salt Lake over Halloween, chances are you attended the SPIRIT premiere and watched Cooper Whittier turn pro for Information Garage mid-way through. The champagne and congrats was definitely overdue, so glad to see Caleb Flowers acknowledging what most already know.
"Cooper get's 100% of the profits from this snowboard. By buying this snowboard you are directly supporting him. Cooper wanted a board that was more inclusive and affordable for kids without sacrificing quality or construction. We made it happen, but the only way we are able to due so is through Pre-Order fulfillment. There will not be extras for sell, but there will be another Pre-Order opportunity in 2 months." Preorder for the board here.
"The idea to make the movie came from Pete Alport, a seasoned filmer/photographer in the snow industry for over 20 years, who has and does work with some of the best snowboarders on the planet. He took a chance on this project because he believed in these 'kids' and knew they could make something special. The four riders didn't know much about the backcountry, building jumps, zones, let alone trying to make a snowboarding movie, it was all their first time truly filming for an entire season."
Pete Alport linked up with some Oregon locals last season for a few firsts in the backcountry.
RIDE Japan's Ryoki Ogawa just dropped his footage from last year. Heavy offering that reminded us just how long he's been doing it—in both the streets and the mountains. Lil hint: it's been real long.
Another RIDE head whose been at it since the late 2000's is Reid Smith, and he just turned pro at the final premiere stop of VG's Search Party. A long night at the Skullcandy headquarters, and once the dust settled, Jill Perkins offered an ode to this long awaited accomplishment. Read it and weep.
Henna Ikola and Lolo Derminio joined forces in Finland last winter for Horsepower. An onslaught of other videos to compliment, adding them below:

- Helsingin lumilautailijat Presents MELTER 4
- Colorado Soirée with Steve Lauder, Greg Kennagh, and friends
- Freddy Perry's Renaissance Man
