General Intern
There’s a lot of working parts to Torment, and we're bringing on an intern who's excited at the prospect of everything going on. The general intern is an adaptable, curious, and results-oriented creative that wants to contribute at all stages of the business.
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing strategies to ensure the Torment brand image
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, merchandise, and everything else we're working on
- Develop content for online publishing
- Learn and implement design best practices
- Represent Torment at events and on the mountain
Qualifications:
- Competence in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in marketing related work
- Experience with WordPress CMS
- Experience with Shopify management
- A love for snowboarding and the industry

The office intern is a curious, reliable, and efficient individual that wants to contribute at all stages of the business.
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks
- Assist with various duties at each stage of the project life cycle; initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing
- Work collaboratively with internal and external contributors to ensure deadlines are met
- Take direction from other staff and incorporate feedback into projects

- Enjoyment operating in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
