While we sit in snowless Colorado, the idea of a mid-season series feels almost as foreign as Hokkaido’s snowpack. We’re not used to seeing footage drop a month after it’s filmed, so it’s refreshing to watch Katie Kennedy, Stefi Luxton, Melissa Riitano and Cool Wakushima turn a three-week early-winter mission to Hokkaido into something we can tap into right now.
