This gem from the early aughts just resurfaced on the web. In 2004, Tara Dakides was on the Letterman Show (wearing some sort of wrist warmers?) and discussing the harrowing details of an accident that happened right in downtown Manhattan. After a successful shifty on the made-for-tv scaffolding jump, Tara heads back up and attempts to spin backside. Unfortunately, she veers hard left, skips off the knuckle, and lands on flat dry pavement — all in front of a stunned crowd.
