Tommy Gesme and crew played aggressive defense all night, allowing them to take advantage of fast break turnovers that put points on the board and never allowed the opposition to get into a rhythm. Ultimately, it was the coaching and the bench players who helped support the starting line-up last night which relieved pressure on the already vacation prone starting lineup, not to mention the recent retirement of point guard Derrek Lever.
